TSUBAKI KABELSCHLEPP Delivers Cable Carrier Solution for FUCHS Material Handlers
TSUBAKI KABELSCHLEPP has been selected by FUCHS to provide cable carrier solutions for the new G series material handlers, specifically addressing the unique challenge of routing hydraulics, electrics, lubrication, heating, and air conditioning cables to a height-adjustable cab .
Application Requirements:
The MHL340 G and MHL350 G models required reliable guiding and easy installation of all cables and hoses from the main machine to the cab, while maintaining neat appearance and easy accessibility .
Solution Deployed:
The KC0900 cable carrier with RS stays from the Vario-Line is used in different widths and lengths across the two machine models .
The hybrid cable carrier is supplemented with a strain relief comb from the UNIFLEX Advanced 1665 series .
The aluminum RS stays are available in a 1-mm grid and can be installed without screws, with different divider systems enabling precise adaptation of inner distribution .

The solution also offers a platform that can be used in future FUCHS models with only minor adaptations .
