Yamaichi Electronics Expands Y-Circ P T-Series with 90° PCB Socket
In August 2026, Yamaichi Electronics expanded its proven T-Series metallic push-pull circular connectors with a new 90° PCB socket (WE) , specially developed for applications requiring space-saving design, high reliability, and easy PCB integration .
The right-angled PCB solution enables direct 90° mounting on the printed circuit board, facilitating compact device designs without compromising electrical or mechanical performance. The new socket is available for all T-Series sizes—09, 12, 15, and 18—offering developers greater design freedom.

IP68 protection when mated, with a permanently integrated flange design and O-ring seal
Multiple connection options: harpoon pins, screw mounting, or solder pins
Available in different sizes and pin configurations
According to Yamaichi, this angled PCB socket solution is not currently available in this form from comparable connector manufacturers, giving it a unique market position.
