ICP DAS Launches (P)ET-2252 PoE Network I/O Module with Dual Power Input
On March 9, 2026, ICP DAS introduced the (P)ET-2252, a 16-channel bidirectional universal digital I/O module available in both PoE and DC-powered versions. Each channel can be configured as either digital input or output, with each output capable of driving up to 450 mA load .
Key Features:
Dual power input (+10 to +48 VDC) on both versions for enhanced redundancy—if one power source fails, the other takes over immediately
16-channel bidirectional universal DIO (DI: sink, DO: source)
Supports Modbus TCP/UDP, MQTT, and SNMP V2c protocols
Integrated 2-port Ethernet switch with LAN Bypass for daisy-chain wiring
I/O Pair-Connection function enables DI-to-DO pairing over Ethernet using push/pull mode
Built-in web server and dual watchdog mechanisms
This module is designed for critical environments where power redundancy and remote I/O monitoring over Ethernet are essential.
