This certification, based on the US National Electrical Code (NEC, Article 725) and UL standards, allows the cable to be laid openly without additional protective conduits. This greatly simplifies installation and reduces material and labor costs.

Design includes four power cores for power transmission, four shielded control cores, and an optional shielded coaxial element for data transmission
