The harness connects CNC machines, robotic arms, PLC control cabinets, and sensors in a highly demanding environment characterized by high temperature, oil contamination, and vibration .
Key Design Features:
Multi-core color-coded design: Each core distinguished by a different color to facilitate on-site identification and troubleshooting while reducing wiring errors .
Black braided sleeving outer layer: Delivers both electromagnetic shielding and abrasion resistance, blocking EMI from frequency converters and servo motors .
Three different connectors at three ends: White square crimp terminal for control board connection; black waterproof connector with orange latch for coolant/oil exposure; black signal connector with pink latch for high-frequency signal transmission .
Wide-temperature oil-resistant cable: -20°C to +105°C operating range with excellent oil resistance and flex life .
