HIWIN and igus® Partner on Resilient Energy Supply Systems for Linear Motor Axes
HIWIN, a Taiwanese manufacturer of linear technology, has partnered with igus® to supply robust energy supply systems and cables for demanding linear motor applications . The collaboration focuses on providing chainflex® servo cables and measuring system cables, pre-assembled with connectors on both ends, to ensure long service life despite extreme accelerations.

Voltage Ratings: 600 V with UL approval required
Environmental Resistance: Suitable for cleanrooms and dirty environments
The cables are guided in two-part E2/000 energy chains, characterized by high mechanical stability and quiet running. Applications include pipe-cutting machines in the automotive industry, wafer quality control in semiconductor manufacturing, and high-speed welding machines for plastics .
