Many participants embraced the "Olympus" theme by wearing costumes inspired by gods and heroes from Greek mythology. One participant described donning a handmade 18th-century-style gown and painting their face to resemble "Zeus, the father of the gods". The fusion of historical Venetian style with mythological and Olympic themes created a unique visual spectacle.
