Yiwu Christmas Goods Exports Surge to 2.14 Billion Yuan in H1 2026
Yiwu, the world's largest small commodities trade hub and a major global center for Christmas goods, reported that Christmas goods exports reached 2.14 billion yuan ($316 million) in the first half of 2026, up 20.4 percent year-on-year. This surge reflects the early start to the 2026 holiday season.
The city supplies more than 20,000 categories of Christmas goods to over 100 countries, accounting for nearly 80% of global market share. The export season is already in full swing, with overseas buyers placing orders earlier each year to navigate international logistics uncertainties and geopolitical tensions.
