Finsbury Launches Strawberry Matcha Celebration Cake for Gen Z

UK bakery manufacturer Finsbury Food Group has expanded its Little Big Cake range with "I Like You Berry Matcha," a strawberry/matcha-flavored cake inspired by matcha lattes. The four-layer, five-inch diameter cake features alternating vanilla and pink sponge, layered with strawberry jam, matcha, white chocolate, and strawberry frosting. Weighing 970g and serving up to 12 people, it is available exclusively at Tesco with an RRP of £16. Brand Manager Kimberley Curtis stated: "Little Big Cake gives us the freedom to look at what's happening across food culture and turn those trends into something that's never been done before" .
