HELUKABEL Expands HELUCHAIN Portfolio with TPE Bus Cables for Energy Chains
In January 2026, HELUKABEL introduced a new generation of bus and Ethernet cables within its HELUCHAIN family, specifically engineered for dynamic use in energy chain systems .
The cables address the demanding mechanical conditions common in energy chains, including dynamic acceleration, high speeds, and tight bending radii that can damage standard cables over time. The new range is available for all common bus systems, including Profinet, PROFIBUS, Ethernet up to CAT 7, and CAN bus .
Key Technical Specifications:
Robust TPE Sheath: Provides high resistance to abrasion and chemicals, ensuring excellent durability even at extreme temperatures
Pressure-Extruded Inner Sheath: Prevents internal deformation ("corkscrewing") to ensure stable transmission properties
High-Coverage Shielding: Flat braiding angle offers reliable protection against EMC interference
Service Life: Achieves at least five million bending cycles even at a minimum bending radius of 7.5 x d
HELUKABEL offers the cables pre-assembled with appropriate connectors upon request, and the products carry UL approval for use in the U.S. market .
