According to the Interconnect Technology Suppliers Association (ITSA), UK automotive connector sales increased by 22% year-over-year in 2025, making automotive the standout performer among smaller market segments. Overall UK connector sales were up 5% over 2024.

Distribution performed well with a 12% year-over-year increase
Orders did not grow in 2025, resulting in a slightly decreased order backlog
For 2026, members are projecting low single-digit growth, but this could be higher due to key programs in the pipeline for 2026 and beyond
