Eaton's easyE4 Nano PLCs Now Available for Efficient Control Systems
In August 2025, global distributor Mouser Electronics began shipping Eaton Electrical's easyE4 nano programmable logic controllers (PLCs), which enable efficient and effortless control systems through front panel programming for lighting, energy management, industrial control, pump control, HVAC, home automation, and agricultural applications .
The easyE4 PLCs are among the world's premier nano PLCs, eliminating the need to change wiring and minimizing downtime. They feature 12 inputs/outputs (I/Os) that can be expanded to a network of up to 188 I/O points. The easyE4 provides maximum flexibility with up to 11 local expansion modules per base unit and a large voltage range (DC, AC, UC) .
The user-friendly programming environment supports four programming languages (ST, FBD, LD, EDP) and includes web server and Ethernet options for mobile devices. An integrated micro-SD card facilitates data logging and customized startup displays with three background colors for status visualization .
